Members not appearing in member drop-downs.
Please note that members in the BROE2 members export with a "W" in their membership number are only registered with BR and do not have a valid racing licence. When a licence expires, the member is automatically moved to being a registered with an expiry date twelve months later. The member needs to go and renew their membership before it will appear in BROE2 which can take up to 20 minutes to show the new status.
Age of Athletes
The dates of birth have been removed from BROE2 but are still visible in ClubHub for club administrators. The Age shown in BROE2 is the "racing age", ie the age of the athlete on 31st August preceding the event for Juniors and 31st December in the year of the event for U19, and U23 categories. Seniors and Masters, it is the age attained during the calendar year. (Sections 2 of the rules of racing 2019)
This means that J14 will be age 13 and below, J15 will be age 14 and below, U23 will be 22 and below, Masters C will be 43 to 49.
Events not being shown
If an event or division is not listed then that event or division is FULL and the entries secretary has suspended any new entries. There is no need to email the BROE2 helpdesk as this is not a problem with the software.
It is important to note that British Rowing reserve the right to change the file format at any time, although notice will be given if possible.
